Leadership

Annie Randell

President & Finance Director

Annie’s career is rooted in leadership across Indigenous governance and labour market development. She served as Chief Executive Officer of Qalipu First Nation and has worked across federal initiatives, including national labour market programming, capacity building, and Coordination Table discussions supporting the exercise of jurisdiction in Child and Family Services.

More recently, she has served as Indigenous Relations Manager on federal procurement projects, working closely with communities, governments, and project teams to ensure participation is meaningful and aligned with community priorities.

Ken Organ

Managing Director

Ken brings a complementary perspective shaped by deep experience in applied research, evaluation, and data systems. Since 2017, his work as Manager of the Indigenous Labour Market initiative has supported Indigenous Skills and Employment Training programs across the country.

His focus has been on building the structures, data, and insight needed to understand what is working, where gaps exist, and how programs can evolve to better serve communities.

Together, Annie and Ken’s leadership connects community relationships and insight, policy understanding, and data-driven decision-making — ensuring work remains practical, grounded, and aligned with real-world needs.
